ORDERS

Delivery is FREE for orders over $250 Australia Wide

$10 standard rate postage applies under $250

  • Place your order directly online.
  • Pay by using your Credit Card (Master Card, Visa)
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details
  • Keep this email as you may need to refer to it
  • You should receive your order within 3-6 working days, this may vary for regional areas.

Delivery times usually take between 3 to 6 working days from dispatch for Australian deliveries, and sometimes longer for remote areas.

We will try to dispatch the order the following business day, no orders are dispatched on the weekend. You will receive an email with tracking details, if you are not home you are agreeing with 'permission to leave' unless 'signature required' is stated at the checkout.

*Skincare Doctor Direct can not be held liable for lost products once collected by the courier.

Skincare Doctor Direct accepts Credit Card Payments, such as Master Card and Visa. Paypal is also available and Afterpay.

CONSULTS & PRODUCTS

For a skin consult with Sarah ($100, redeemable on products or redeemable on Telehealth fee for Dr. Charlie if required) purchase online and select preferred method of correspondence (email, phone or video call).

Fill out the consultation form with as much information as possible (full product names, medications etc), and upload clear, makeup free pictures.

Sarah will be in contact within 24hrs to advise and discuss product options. All recommendations will be sent directly to your inbox for you to process.

Skincare Doctor Direct products are subject to availability. In some instances we may be out of stock of a product. If this occurs we will notify you via email or phone, we are happy to try and reorder the item as quickly as possible, or offer you an alternative product or refund. 

Please choose products carefully. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit if goods delivered are faulty, within 10 days of purchase. In the case of a medically diagnosed reaction, proof of reaction must be notified by a letter from your Doctor and sent to Skin Doctor Direct.

If you completed an online skin consultation and were recommended the product, please contact us via email. In these instances a case by case refund or exchange may be allowed.
